SUKMA
Sukan Malaysia or SUKMA is a national event co-organised by the National Sports Council, States Sports Council as well as the School Sports Council (MSSM), Malaysian Universities Sports Council and the Royal Police Sports Council.

SUKMA is a multi-sports competition or ‘Mini Olympics’ that involves young and budding athletes. SUKMA is an event held once every two years, in even numbered years while the SEA Games are in odd-numbered years. The first SUKMA was in 1986 at Kuala Lumpur.
